Terms of sale

The legal stuff. We've tried to keep this in plain English.

1. About us

Happy Fit LTD is registered in England and Wales. When you buy from us, you're entering a contract with Happy Fit LTD.

2. Placing an order

When you place an order you'll receive an order confirmation email with your order reference (starts with HF-). The contract is formed once your bank transfer clears and we confirm dispatch. Until then, either party can cancel.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in GBP and include VAT. Payment is by bank transfer to the account details shown at checkout (Monzo, sort code 04-00-06, account 07677658, Happy Fit LTD). We dispatch once the transfer clears, usually within one working day.

4. Delivery

See our delivery page for full details. We dispatch via Royal Mail in the UK.

5. Right to cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have 14 days from receipt to cancel a purchase. We extend this to 30 days as our standard returns window. See our returns page.

6. Warranty

Every product comes with a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. See our returns page for how to make a claim.

7. Product descriptions

We work hard to describe products accurately. Photos are illustrative and small colour variations may occur between batches. If anything turns up substantially different from how it's described, return it under our 30-day policy.

8. Our liability

Our liability is limited to the price you paid for the product. We don't exclude liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
