30 days to change your mind

Not the right fit? Return any unused item within 30 days for a full refund. We pay return postage.

How returns work

1. Email hello@happyfitltd.com with your order reference (HF-) within 30 days of receipt.
2. We send you a prepaid Royal Mail returns label by email.
3. Pop your item back in its original packaging (or any padded envelope), drop it at any Post Office.
4. Refund hits your account within 3 working days of us receiving the parcel.

Condition we need it in

Unused, with any original packaging. Yoga mats can be unrolled and tested — we just ask that they come back clean. Things that have clearly been used heavily (worn-down dumbbells, frayed bands) we'll refund a fair portion of.

2-year warranty

Separate from returns, every Happy Fit product comes with a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. If something fails through normal use within 2 years, we'll replace it. Email us, no forms.

Damaged in transit

Royal Mail handles parcels less gently than we'd like. If something arrives broken, send a photo to hello@happyfitltd.com within 7 days and we'll replace it free of charge — no need to send the damaged one back unless we ask.
