We collect the minimum data we need to ship you a parcel. We don't sell your information.

What we collect

• Name and delivery address (so Royal Mail can find you)
• Email (for order confirmations and dispatch notifications)
• Order history (so we can help with returns and warranty claims)

What we don't collect

• Card details — we use bank transfer, so we never see your card
• Cross-site tracking data — no behavioural advertising cookies on this site
• Social media tracking pixels
• Profiling data of any kind

How long we keep it

Order data is retained for 7 years for HMRC compliance. After that it's deleted. You can request earlier deletion of personal data, though we may need to keep some records for legal reasons.

Your rights

You can ask to see what data we hold on you, correct anything wrong, or ask for it to be deleted. Email hello@happyfitltd.com and we'll respond within 30 days.
